He has more than 12 years of experience involved as Consultant as well as Project Manager in IT ERP Implementations, Upgrades, Migrations, Conversion, and Managed Services in several industries, including Airlines, Airports, Minings, Automotives, Energies, Loading Ports, Petrochemicals, and Steels.

Sidik is a seasoned technology program manager and Professional Trainer in PM and PMO with extensive experience in implementing programs and projects using global best practices and standards for various global and local companies in Government, Telco, Financial, Logistic, & Energy industry. Sidik holds three PMI certifications, starting from PMP in 2015, PMI-SP in 2019 and recently acquired PMI-ACP in Dec 2023. Sidik has been volunteering with PMI Indonesia Chapter since 2020, in which he contributes to Board of Program and Board of Education that match with his interests and passion.

Ichsan is a passionate young professional who has experience working in Digital Technology and Manufacturing Industry. Currently, he works as a Business Analyst in an IT & Services company as part of the project team. He graduated from the University of Islam Indonesia with a Bachelor's Degree in the International Program of Industrial Engineering. He attained his CAPM in January 2021. He has an interest in always being able to develop proficiency, especially in Effective Project Management. Ichsan is extremely thrilled to be able to encourage other younger generations to be involved in project management.

Pari is a project enthusiast with years of experience spans between engineering, construction, technology, and everything in between. Pari does sports in general and listens most music but has complicated relationship with games and comic books.
