Having worked in IT for over 20 years and in project management for over 10 of those years, Bayu is an accomplished expert in the industry. Not only is he pursuing a doctorate, but he also holds a master's degree in software engineering. IT Governance and Software development are two of his other great loves outside of project management. He finds that getting to know new coworkers is an excellent method to expand his social circle. Cooperation, in his view, would lead to even greater success in reaching objectives.

Dheni graduated from Electro-Avionics Engineering of Suryadarma University. However he started his career not even in the technical field. He served in a humanitarian organization named Palang Merah Indonesia (Indonesian Red Cross) where he was introduced to projects and how to manage them. Now he is a Network & Security Department Head at a Managed Service Provider, Hypernet (PT. Hipernet Indodata). Under the Solution Delivery Department, Dheni and his team manage numerous customers, while continuously upholding PMBOK principles.

Dheni is volunteering for two organization called PMI. One is the PMI Indonesia Chapter and the other is the PMI (Palang Merah Indonesia/ Indonesian Red Cross) . It is such an honor to be able to serve both.

Now he is Manage Service Network & Security Department Head, at PT. Hipernet Indodata (Hypernet Technologies), a Managed Service Provider company under XL AXIATA Tbk. Under the Technology Directorate, Dheni and his team manage numerous customers, while continuously upholding PMBOK principles.

Tyson began his career as an application developer before discovering his passion for project and programme management. He always keeps improving his skills and expertise by joining various trainings and communities. He has primarily worked in the financial and technology industries. He received his undergraduate degree in informatics engineering from Telkom University and is currently pursuing an MBA from the School of Business Management at the ITB Jakarta Campus. He is a senior program manager for a technology company based in Palo Alto, San Francisco. During his free time, he likes to travel, surf, dive, wall climb, and watch TED Talks.

Started her full time career as a procurement to project controller, Nabila embarks her journey to freelancing for the past year while searching her true calling. Her motto is to never stop learning and never give up for your future.

Experienced Project Coordinator with a successful track record in completing projects at underground mining facilities, specializing in Railways Construction for block cave mining at Freeport Indonesia. Currently serving as a Contracts Engineer overseeing operations in four underground mining areas, managing contractors and ensuring efficient project execution. Holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Sriwijaya University and a bachelor's degree in Law from Open University. Enjoys traveling in leisure time, particularly exploring the eastern regions of Indonesia.
