is a senior Project Management and Business Transformation expert with over 25 years of leadership experience across multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and large-scale digital and infrastructure environments in Southeast Asia.
He has held executive roles including Head of Project Management Office (PMO) and Program Director, where he led complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives involving cross-functional teams, high-value investments, and mission-critical delivery. His expertise spans project governance, stakeholder strategy, organizational alignment, and execution excellence in highly dynamic and politically complex environments.
Ery is a globally certified professional (PMP, PMO-CP, CSI-CPM, among others) and has delivered transformational programs to more than 40 leading organizations, including Pertamina, Telkomsel, Bank Indonesia, PLN, Danone, and other prominent national and international institutions. Through over 750 in-house engagements and 100+ public programs, he has trained and influenced more than 20,000 professionals and leaders.
Beyond training, he acts as a strategic advisor and executive coach, helping organizations strengthen their project delivery capability, align stakeholders at the leadership level, and drive measurable business outcomes. His approach integrates global standards with real-world execution, enabling leaders to navigate complexity, manage competing interests, and deliver results under constrained authority.
