Ratna Amalia
With over 15 years of project management experience, she is specialized in strategic planning, program management, and operational excellence within telecommunications, ICT, banking, and government sectors. Holding a PMP certification (since 2005) and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Pradita University, She has successfully led large-scale digital transformation and infrastructure projects for multinational corporations and government agencies, including Ericsson, Cisco, XL Axiata, Wirecard, and BAKTI Kominfo.

Novelly Nursavitri
Having experience of more than 15 years in PMO leadership, program management, and strategic transformation, she currently runs Virtual PMO ID providing remote PMO services to support businesses, startups, and professionals in streamlining operation and aligning with strategic goals worldwide. She served as the Lead Nominator for Top 8 PMO Global Awards 2021, will be the Judging Committee for PMI PMO Global Awards in 2025, and really passionate about contributing to the global PMO Communnity
