Ratna Amalia
With over 15 years of project management experience, she is specialized in strategic planning, program management, and operational excellence within telecommunications, ICT, banking, and government sectors. Holding a PMP certification (since 2005) and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Pradita University, She has successfully led large-scale digital transformation and infrastructure projects for multinational corporations and government agencies, including Ericsson, Cisco, XL Axiata, Wirecard, and BAKTI Kominfo.

Kartika Melania
14 years of experiences as Software Developer, Project Manager, Consultant, Lecturer and Project Management Trainer. Currently, she is working as Senior Manager in Global Consulting Company for Financial Service Industry, Project Management Trainer and Lecturer for Information System Undergraduate Program - Binus Online.
