Gaurav is a seasoned Project/Program Management/PMO professional with 22 years of industry experience in strategy formulation, planning, execution, IT delivery, and driving digital strategic initiatives. He has been involved in various IT delivery roles and served as an Agile Guru, along with his volunteer association with Project Management Institute (PMI) and the PMO Global Alliance (acquired by PMI). Gaurav holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications and a Master's degree in Business Management. Gaurav is a PMI credential holder (PMI-ACP) and a Certified Strategy and Data Analytics Professional (along with other Scrum, Agile and SaFe certifications), and co-author of the book “Green PMO: Leading the Sustainable Project Revolution”. Currently, he is leading Risk Office in the Data-Tech-AI Solutioning team at Genpact, a global professional services firm empowering clients with AI solutions that drive unparalleled outcomes.
