Dao-Wen Chang

Digital Transformation Coach/Facilitator/Trainer

Dao-Wen is an experienced innovation coach with over 18 years practical experience in multiple industries as well as an academic background in creativity, innovation and change leadership.

She has been partnering with client companies for projects that range from: supporting leadership to develop a strategic plan, assisting R&D, marketing, sales or HR to design new products, services and business models, building up internal incubators and providing trainings. She is also a certified facilitator for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY as well as Foursight, to help organizations build vision, strategies and form innovative teams. Along the emerging digital transformation needs, she integrated innovation and Agile methodologies to support companies in building a new way of working. Her passion and experience led her to be the first facilitator for Eduscrum in Great China Area.

She is also a Design Thinking and Service Design guest lecturer of ICB (Institute for China Business) of HK University.
