Integration of Schedule and Risk to Perform Quantitative Project Risk Analysis
Project risk is an uncertain event or condition that, if it occurs, has a positive or negative effect on one or more project objectives such as scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Quantitative Project Risk Analysis is a tools for quantifying project risk on term of time and cost. By performing risk analysis on project schedule, project team will able to know probability to achieve the plan on schedule, reveal hidden critical path, bring realistic forecast, identify and manage critical and sensitive activities on your schedule, and manage contingency.

Senior Project Risk Coordinator at PT Rekayasa Industri
Adelina is Senior Project Risk Coordinator at PT Rekayasa Industri with more than 15 years working experience in EPC company. She previously held the position of Head of Risk Management Department at PT Rekayasa Industri, then specialized in project risk. Her expertise is in Risk Management including Enterprise Risk Management and Project Risk Management, also in Project Management, especially in project control and schedule planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, 1999
- Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP-Level 3) – Sertifikasi Nasional (AMROT – KKNI VII) BNSP
- Certified Project Risk Management & PMI-RMP
- Member of Lead Assessor for Risk Maturity Index Assessment of Pupuk Indonesia Group, 2020
