Cloud technology spending after global pandemic crisis is expected to increase by 14.2% in 2024, 9.1% growth from 2020. Software as a Service (SaaS), the largest public cloud market segment, is expected to increase by 117.8 billion USD in 2021 and even more for year 2022 onwards.

In this sharing session, Tiarma will talk about agile methods for large and complex transformations such as SaaS based on literature review that she has conducted and how an organization could benefit by understanding these methods to develop Agile practices that best fit to the organisation.
