Digital transformation has initiated the emergence of a digital economy that has changed the mindset and economic activity globally. This has inspired all state leaders and corporate leaders to carry out digital transformation. However, the success rate of digital transformation globally is around 30% as stated in the recent Harvard Business Review.

There are several dimensions that can lead to successful digital transformation, including project management and change management. Where these two dimensions complement other dimensions in carrying out digital transformation, including strategy, ecosystem, value management, organizational design, digital culture, human capital competency, IT Managing, Emerging technology and other dimensions.

Project management and change management have an important role in carrying out digital transformation. In this discussion, we will discuss the possibility of combining these two dimensions in carrying out digital transformation and whether by managing these two dimensions will affect other dimensions in digital transformation?
