Agile is a mindset that set of attitudes supporting an agile working environment. These include respect, collaboration, improvement and learning cycles, pride in ownership, focus on delivering value, and the ability to adapt to change. With so many methods under Agile, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, and Crystal.

But many of you may wondering on how to become Agile or be an Agilist. Questions that stuck in every mind of Project Manager who want to implement Agile.

The PMP is the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers. It is recognized as the gold standard in project management all over the world. The certification is very global because as a PMP, you can work in virtually any industry with any methodology and in any location.
