• In many instances, modern management theories and practices were essentially derived from insights and learnings made in factories and plants more than a hundred years ago. With knowledge-based industries and the increasingly unpredictable nature of Customers and Workers, many of these management beliefs are beginning to falter and, in many cases, fail.
• According to GALLUP, engaged employee worldwide is only 15%, even in Indonesia is only 13% of the employee are engaged. Companies spend huge amount of money in employee engagement program, but the result is not as expected.
• In this interactive session, we learn a different approach to leading people through Complexity-thinking and the Management 3.0 principles and practices that can boost employee engagement with limited budget.
• Presentation and discussion method would be Interactive webinar via Zoom using virtual collaborative whiteboard (Miro), therefore using computer with Chrome browser is recommended

Meiko is an Enterprise Business Agility Coach. He runs a boutique consulting firm called Melior Synergy in helping enterprise to handle VUCA situations with Agile mindset and principles. Meiko has more than 25 years of experiences as Digital and Telecom professional as well as Coach, Facilitator, Trainer, Consultant and Advisor spanning geographies such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Egypt. He worked for companies like Ericsson, Cisco Systems, Oracle, Motorola etc. Has more than 20 international certification in Coaching, Project Management, Change Management, ITIL, Agile, Kanban, Scrum, etc.

Meiko is Magister Management from Binus Business School and alumni of Brawijaya University for 2 Program Study, Strategic Management and Computer Programming.
