Ramesh is a certified PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, SAFe4 and CISA with experience in coaching PMP Aspirants and project executives on Project Execution methodologies and certifications. He has over 18 years of medium to large scale project execution experience in the software industry serving various domains including embedded systems, vendor services and Investment Banking. He has worked with MNCs and grass root organisations in enabling the talent with better perspectives and approaches to Project Execution. Apart from being an Investment Banking professional, he also currently runs Multi-Link Management Consultants Pte. Ltd. In Singapore which specializes in Process Improvement consulting, Coaching and Training on Project Management methodologies.
Ramesh will be sharing his perspectives on the new era of project execution, agile success factors and its antipatterns. He will be covering in some depth the Scrum and Kanban methodologies, the Value Stream Mapping, Estimation and Earned Value Management in Agile. He will also briefly touch upon the context where these methodologies fit and where they do not.
