This topic was discussed in a panel discussion with speakers from 5 parts of the world: Crysanthus Raharjo representing Asia, Jose Finocchio from Latin America, Leonardo Torres from Europe, Iris Meini from Middle East and with Jim Bates (North America) moderating the session.
