Ika graduated in 1991 from Diponegoro University and continued to obtain his Master's Degree in Construction Management from University of Indonesia. His area of expertise is managing PMO for operations and maintenance projects, he has spent over 9 years at PT. Imeco and is currently working at PMO for a supply chain company providing services for oil and gas companies. In his spare time he enjoys watching films, traveling and jogging.
Bayu holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering. He is currently continuing with his PhD study at Asia eUniversity. He began his professional career in the IT industry in 1997 and held a number of roles, from system analysts to management roles. At the moment, he is the Project Manager at PT. Permata Anugrah Abadi in the Security Monitoring Database. Some of his professional qualifications are in the fields of a management information system, software development and IT governance. He is also a Universitas Mercu Buana lecturer and a professional trainer for ITIL and COBIT. Bayu is currently volunteering for the Indonesian PMI Chapter in the Membership team.
Dheni graduated from Electro-Avionics Engineering of Suryadarma University. However he started his career not even in the technical field. He served in a humanitarian organization named Palang Merah Indonesia (Indonesian Red Cross) where he was introduced to projects and how to manage them. Now he is a Project Management Office Head at a Managed Service Provider, Hypernet (PT. Hipernet Indodata). Under the Solution Delivery Department, Dheni manages a team of project managers on numerous projects, promoting the use of PMBOK.
Dheni is currently volunteering for PMI Indonesia Chapter in the Membership Department. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, sightseeing, and above all, quality time with his family.
Willy is an in-house architect at Sari Asih Group, in the construction sector. He graduated from Diponegoro University with an Engineering degree and currently pursuing his Masters at University of Indonesia. Willy was issued the "Associate Expert in Construction Management" (Ahli Madya) qualification, by the Indonesian Construction Service Development Board (Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi Indonesia). In 2015, Willy was involved in the revitalization of Tana Toraja Traditional Village, coordinated by the Ministry of Education and Culture.

The impact of COVID-19 on the implementation of construction services is the delay in project completion due to a slowdown in project work. These ongoing projects are constrained by the mobilization and the availability of labour or materials or equipment.
