PMI Indonesia Chapter (PMIIC) has successfully conducted its 6th Annual Board Workshop and Volunteer Orientation. The event was held on 4 February 2018 at EComindo in Denta Medika Building, Jakarta and attended by 7 Board of Directors (BODs) and 33 board members.

Our main article is about Preventing Blame: Balancing the Relationship Between Project Manager and Business Owner. Our routine activities such as PMP Study Group Session 13 can be read in this edition.

Preventing Blame: Balancing the Relationship Between

Project Manager and Business Owner

The relationship between project manager and business owner (or scrum master and product owner for agile) can be difficult (even contentious) to establish—and easy to damage. Contracts and jobs have been lost because two personalities (with their respective levels of empathy) fail to maintain a consensus on their perceptions of the work—and on what can be achieved by a project team in a given timeline.

PMP Study Group Session 13

PMP Study Group batch 13 (SG13) started from February 2, 2018 and ended on April 28, 2018. Including trial exam. There were 13 in-class meetings. The SG13 is the first Study Group which will prepare mentees for PMP Exam based on PMBOK 6.
