When and where the 9th SymEx 2020 organized?
The symposium will take place on March 11 & 12, 2020 in the city of Semarang, Indonesia.
Who is eligible to attend the 9th SymEx 2020?
The 9th SymEx 2020 is open to PMI Member, project management practitioners, researcher, academicians, and approved product and service providers as exhibitors, and invited guests.
How do I register?
Registration can only be done online for individual through this website until March 2nd 2020. For corporate or group, registration can be done via SymEx website or email.
What are the key dates for registration?
Registration opens: June 15th, 2019
Super Early Bird discount deadline: August 30th, 2019
Registration closes: March 2nd, 2020
Please note that registration fees are based on the date of receipt of the registration form and payment.
When will I receive my registration confirmation?
Registration confirmations will be sent via e-mail immediately after registering via the website.

What is included in the registration fee?
Registration fee is included access for two days symposium and networking dinner on the first day.
Please remember that the registration fee is not included hotel accommodation.
Which registration option should I use?
An individual can chose among three types of registration, which are: PMII Member, Non-Member and Public, Student Member.
How can I be eligible to choose PMII Member Price?
You have to be an active of PMI Member and Indonesia Chapter member, and must be valid before you make a registration.
If I am a PMI member but I am not a PMII member, which type of registration I have to choose?
We strongly recommend you to join as PMII member first. You only have to pay USD 15,- and you will get extra discount off as a PMII Member. If you prefer to not join PMII member, we are sorry to say that you have to register as non-member and public.
How can I be eligible to register as student?
You have to be a PMII student member. All students, either undergraduate or postgraduate students, if they are a PMII student member, they are eligible to register SymEx 2020 with student price.
How can I make a group registration?
For group registration, you can send an email to our SymEx secretariat as stated in quick links: how to register. You don't have to be in the same organization, but you have to make the registration and payment as group and in one registration form/email and 1 payment.
Can I register accompanying persons (e.g. partners, spouses)?
SymEx 2020 does not provide a programme for accompanying persons. A person accompanying you to the symposium does not have access to the symposium venue (session rooms, poster, coffee and lunch area's or the exhibition area).
What type of payments do you accept?
You can pay your registration fee by bank transfer. Please enter all relevant information on the online registration form.
Bank details can be found on your confirmation e-mail after registration, on the invoice, or you can contact SymEx 2020 Public Relation to receive the bank account details.
How do I make changes to my registration?
To review or make changes to your registration, you can send an email to email@example.com. Please notice that the changes are not allowed 1 week before the Symex 2020 opens or by March 5th 2020
What is the cancellation policy?
Registration and event fees are non-refundable. However, substitutions are permitted in the event an attendee becomes unable to attend. To make substitutions, email to firstname.lastname@example.org before March 5th 2020.
What is the dress code for the symposium?
The dress code at the symposium is casual. At the 2nd day of symposium, you’ll be asked to wear SymEx 2020 polo shirt that will be given at registration desk on first day.
